Flexible stand-alone laser system

Versatile laser options

As a stand-alone laser machine for manual insertion, the MONOLIGHT Space is suitable for processing small and large components. It is available in two versions: with a lifting door and work area or with a rotary indexing table. The system offers a variety of beam sources, including fiber lasers, CO2 and UV lasers. This allows the system to be adapted quickly and flexibly depending on requirements.

Rotary indexing table

The MONOLIGHT Space rotary indexing table variant has a 2-slot plate that rotates 180 degrees. This enables an efficient parallel process: while a part is being lasered in the cabin, the previously lasered part can be removed and a new part inserted at the same time.

Lift door

MONOLIGHT Space with electric lift door enables the lasering of larger components. A servo-controlled X-Y table is available as an option, which moves inside the laser cabin and enables marking beyond the actual marking area.

Product Management & Sales Laser

The MONOLIGHT Space is the “big brother” of our MONOLIGHT series and offers a wide range of beam source options. Not only fiber lasers, but also CO2, UV and USP fiber lasers with different outputs can be integrated. The optimum beam source is determined individually through application tests. Thanks to our in-house laser application technology, preliminary samples can be requested at any time

Each MONOLIGHT Space is equipped with an electrically adjustable Z-axis, which is conveniently controlled via the software. Stored parameters enable quick and easy switching between different jobs, making lasering on different levels a piece of cake. The pre-installed TAMPOPRINT Laser Suite software ensures seamless integration and easy operation

Depending on the requirements of the application, the MONOLIGHT Space can be configured in two variants: with electric lift door or rotary indexing table.

The compact multi-talent

The MONOLIGHT Compact laser marking system is ideal for smaller applications. With one beam source, it is suitable for engraving printing clichés as well as for marking smaller products. It also supports external formats and clichés without holes, which further increases its flexibility.
